What Support Groups do We Offer for Adults?
TIDES
This support group is for adults with mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder. TIDES meets every Friday morning at 10:30 am until 12:00 pm AND every Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm.
ANXIETY DISORDERS SUPPORT
This support group is for adults with anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, OCD, PTSD, etc. This group meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday evening of each month at 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm.
SCHIZOPHRENIA/SCHIZO-AFFECTIVE SUPPORT
This support group is for adults with schizophrenia and schizo-affective disorders. This group meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday afternoon of each month at 2:30 pm until 4:00 pm.
THRIVE
This group is for young adults (ages 18 to 30) with any mental health issue. The THRIVE young adult group meets every Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm.
